Station 3 - Roast Turkey and Sirloin of Beef, carved tableside, silver dollar rolls, cranberry orange relish, horseradish cream and tangy Nunda mustard

Station 4 - Baked Potato Bar – russet baked potatoes, sour cream, fresh chives, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheeses, broccoli florets, chopped bell peppers, chopped scallions, corn and black bean salsa

Station 5- petite eclairs, mini cheesecakes with berry sauce, peach mousse profiteroles, peanut butter cup brownies, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffees, herbal teas
