Roast Sirloin a generous portion of sirloin, thinly sliced and served with a mushroom brown sauce	$21.25
Roast Pork sliced roast loin of pork with a cranberry-orange sauce	$21.25
Chicken Florentine $21.25 boneless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and fontina cheese, served fanned over champagne sauce
Salmon Fillet $21.25 broiled salmon fillet topped with an orange tarragon beurre blanc

The above dinner entrees are served with soup du jour, garden salad, warm dinner rolls and whipped butter, entree accompaniments, dessert and a choice of beverage.

Please note that groups are limited to one entree selection. If two selections are offered, $1.00 will be added to each entree price listed above.
