filet mignon topped with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry,
baked and served with Madeira wine sauce
Chicken Florentine $24
boneless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and fontina cheese,
served fanned over champagne sauce
Chicken Wellington $28
boneless breast of chicken topped with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in
puff pastry, baked and served with a Madeira wine sauce
Chicken French $25
boneless breast of chicken dredged in flour and egg, finished with lemon and white wine
Pork Tenderloin $25
sliced pork tenderloin with a fresh fruit chutney
Salmon Fillet $28
broiled salmon fillet topped with a roasted pineapple salsa

cheese-filled tortellini served with red pepper Mornay and julienne vegetables
